Connecticut High School Lacrosse - Trumbull drops to Staples

In Monday's league test, the host Staples Wreckers lacrosse squad scored a good 19-2 victory over the Trumbull Eagles.
The Wreckers now have a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they host St. Anthony's for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 26. Staples will face a Friars squad coming off a 18-7 non-league win over Darien (Darien, CT). The Friars record now stands at 9-0.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Ludlowe Falcons (Fairfield, CT) in a Fairfield County test, on Thursday, April 27. Trumbull will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Falcons come into the test with a 3-4 record after their 12-4 league loss to Greenwich (Greenwich, CT).
