Friends Quakers (Baltimore, MD) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Maryvale Prep (Brooklandville, MD), 18-6 in a non-league challenge.

The Quakers now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host City College for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 27.

With the loss, Maryvale Prep falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The travel to Roland Park Country (Baltimore, MD) to battle the Reds in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 26. The Reds enter the challenge with a record of 1-0.
