With the triumph, West Allegheny moves its record to 6-1 on the year. The Indians host Western Beaver (Industry, PA) to play the Golden Beavers in a WPIAL 5A 3 game on Wednesday, April 26. The Golden Beavers come into the game with a record of 3-3. Western Beaver won 7-5 in their recent league game against Moon Area (Moon Township, PA)

In their next game, the Hurricanes play the Mars Fightin' Planets (Mars, PA) in a WPIAL 5A 3 game, on Wednesday, April 26. New Castle will attempt to move on its 3-7 season record. The Fightin' Planets come into the game with a 5-6 record after their 6-5 league loss to South Fayette (McDonald, PA).
