West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Northwest Cabarrus Trojans (Concord, NC), 10-0 in a league challenge.

The Falcons now sport a 14-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Concord for a South Piedmont 3A challenge on Tuesday, April 25. West Rowan will face a Spiders squad coming off a 15-4 league loss to Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Spiders record now stands at 0-15.

With the loss, Northwest Cabarrus falls to 4-11 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC) to face the Knights in a South Piedmont 3A challenge on Tuesday, April 25. The Knights enter the challenge with a record of 4-12. Lake Norman Charter lost 17-7 in their recent league challenge against Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC)
