Peshtigo Bulldogs (Peshtigo, WI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Oconto Blue Devils (Oconto, WI), 8-0 in a league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Algoma for a Packerland challenge on Tuesday, April 25. Peshtigo will battle a Wolves squad coming off a 8-7 non-league win over Mishicot (Mishicot, WI). The Wolves record now stands at 4-1.

With the loss, Oconto falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Blue devils host Bonduel (Bonduel, WI) to battle the Bears in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 25. The Bears enter the challenge with a record of 3-2. Bonduel won 8-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Iola-Scandinavia (Iola, WI)
