The Barnstable Red Hawks got by the visiting Falmouth Clippers baseball team by a count of 1-0 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Red Hawks now possess a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Bedford for a non-league bout on Friday, April 26. Barnstable will face a Whalers team coming off a 5-3 league loss to Brockton (Brockton, MA). The Whalers record now stands at 1-6.
