In Wednesday's league game, the host Green Bulldogs baseball team scored a tight 6-1 victory over the Hoover Vikings.
The Bulldogs (6-8) will now prepare for their game against Wadsworth (Wadsworth, OH). The Grizzlies go into the non-league game with a 3-5 record. In their last game, Wadsworth was overwhelmed by Twinsburg (Twinsburg, OH), 5-3, in a league game.
The Vikings (11-5) will now prepare for their game against Dover (Dover, OH). The Crimson Tornadoes go into the non-league game with a 9-4 record. In their last game, Dover tipped Claymont (Uhrichsville, OH), 5-4, in a non-league game.
