Ohio High School Baseball - South Central nips Monroeville

South Central Trojans (Greenwich, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Monroeville Eagles (Monroeville, OH), 6-5 in a league test.

With the win, South Central upgrades its record to 9-2 on the season. The Trojans travel to Plymouth (Plymouth, OH) to battle the Big Red in a Firelands test on Thursday, April 25. The Big Red come into the test with a record of 5-6.

With the defeat, Monroeville falls to 5-9 on the season. The Eagles travel to Mansfield Christian (Mansfield, OH) to battle the Flames in a non-league test on Saturday, April 27. The Flames come into the test with a record of 0-7.
