The New Castle Trojans got by the host Yorktown Tigers baseball team by a count of 5-4 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Trojans now possess a 3-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hagerstown for a non-league bout on Friday, April 26. New Castle will face a Tigers team coming off a 1-0 league win over Union County (Liberty, IN). The Tigers record now stands at 13-0.

Next, the Tigers face the Northeastern Knights (Fountain City, IN) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 25. Yorktown will attempt to move on its 6-6 season record. The Knights enter the bout with a 8-3 record after their 2-0 league loss to Union City (Union City, IN).
