Tri County Area Vikings (Howard City, MI) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Kent City Eagles (Kent City, MI), 6-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Vikings confront the Shelby Tigers (Shelby, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, April 26. Tri County Area will attempt to better on its 8-3 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 8-0 league loss to Fremont (Fremont, MI).

The Eagles now have a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chippewa Hills for a Central State challenge on Wednesday, May 1.
