In Wednesday's non-league test, the host Apex Friendship Patriots lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-5 victory over the Holly Springs Golden Hawks.
The Patriots now have a 12-2 record. They take the field next when they host Green Level for a non-league test on Friday, April 26. Apex Friendship will face a Gators squad coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to Middle Creek (Apex, NC). The Gators record now stands at 6-6.
In their next game, the Golden Hawks face the Apex Cougars (Apex, NC) in a test, on Friday, April 26. Holly Springs will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Cougars come into the test with a 16-0 record after their 13-3 non-league win over Green Hope (Cary, NC).
