Spanaway Lake Sentinels (Spanaway, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Lakes Lancers (Lakewood, WA), 14-9 in a non-league challenge.

The Sentinels now own a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Non JV Opponent for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 26.

With the loss, Lakes falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Lincoln (Tacoma, WA) to battle the Abes in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 30. The Abes enter the challenge with a record of 1-5. Lincoln lost 9-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Silas (Tacoma, WA)
