North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Wakefield bounces Hunt

The Wakefield Wolverines lacrosse team scored 16 points and held the host Hunt Warriors to 3 in the Wolverines league win on Wednesday.

The Wolverines (14-3) will now prepare for their game against Heritage (Wake Forest, NC). The Huskies go into the Northern Athletic/Quad County contest with a 15-0 record. In their last contest, Heritage achieved victory over Wake Forest (Wake Forest, NC), 17-9, in a league contest.

The Warriors now own a 0-12 record. They take the field next when they host Fike for a Northern Athletic/Quad County contest on Thursday, April 25. Hunt will confront a Demons squad coming off a 16-4 non-league loss to John Paul II Catholic (Greenville, NC). The Demons record now stands at 2-13.
