The crowd at Wednesday's league test between the Greenville Red Raiders (Greenville, SC) and the visiting Greenwood Eagles (Greenwood, SC), saw Greenville's soccer squad knock off Greenwood by a margin of 2-0.

The Red Raiders now sport a 9-5 record. They play next when they travel to Easley for a AAAA Region 1 test on Friday, April 26. Greenville will meet a Green Wave squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Westside (Anderson, SC). The Green Wave record now stands at 10-7.

With the loss, Greenwood drops to 6-8 on the season. The Eagles travel to Pickens (Pickens, SC) to meet the Blue Flame in a AAAA Region 1 test on Friday, April 26. The Blue Flame come into the test with a record of 5-11. Pickens lost 2-1 in their recent league test against Berea (Greenville, SC)
