The Altamont Longhorns softball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting Ogden Tigers to 3 in the Longhorns non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Altamont moves its record to 14-6 on the year. The Longhorns host Parowan (Parowan, UT) to clash with the Rams in a non-league game on Friday, April 26. The Rams come into the game with a record of 10-5. Parowan won 11-0 in their recent league game against Panguitch (Panguitch, UT)

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the South Summit Wildcats (Kamas, UT) in a 3A Region 13 game, on Friday, April 26. Ogden will attempt to move on its 4-13 season record. The Wildcats come into the game with a 15-6 record after their 18-0 non-league win over North Summit (Coalville, UT).
