Science Park Chargers (Newark, NJ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Barringer Blue Bears (Newark, NJ), 25-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Chargers now own a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Side for a SEC - Colonial challenge on Thursday, April 25.

With the loss, Barringer falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Blue bears travel to Belleville (Belleville, NJ) to battle the Buccaneers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 25. The Buccaneers enter the challenge with a record of 5-4.
