With the triumph, Blacksburg moves its record to 12-3 on the year. The Bruins host Salem (Salem, VA) to clash with the Spartans in a River Ridge game on Friday, April 26. The Spartans come into the game with a record of 8-7. Salem lost 7-1 in their recent league game against Cave Spring (Roanoke, VA)

In their next game, the Vikings clash with the William Byrd Terriers (Vinton, VA) in a Blue Ridge game, on Friday, April 26. Northside will attempt to move on its 3-13 season record. The Terriers come into the game with a 9-8 record after their 8-6 non-league loss to Christiansburg (Christiansburg, VA).
