In Wednesday's league outing, the visiting Solanco Golden Mules softball team scored a nice 18-1 win over the Ephrata Mountaineers.

Coming up next, the Golden Mules encounter the Elizabethtown Bears (Elizabethtown, PA) in a Lancaster-Lebanon Section 2 outing, on Friday, April 26. Solanco will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record.

The Mountaineers (8-4) will now prepare for their outing against Lampeter-Strasburg (Lampeter, PA). The Pioneers enter the Lancaster-Lebanon Section 2 outing with a 4-7 record. In their last outing, Lampeter-Strasburg ran past Lebanon (Lebanon, PA), 16-1, in a league outing.
