Mohawk Warriors (Sycamore, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Upper Sandusky Rams (Upper Sandusky, OH), 13-9 in a league challenge.

The Warriors now own a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Colonel Crawford for a Northern 10 challenge on Thursday, April 25. Mohawk will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Carey (Carey, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 5-6.

With the loss, Upper Sandusky falls to 9-5 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Bucyrus (Bucyrus, OH) to battle the Redmen in a Northern 10 game on Friday, April 26. The Redmen come into the game with a record of 2-4.
