The Sycamore Spartans softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Morris Redskins to 3 in the Spartans league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Sycamore improves its record to 16-2 on the year. The Spartans host Aurora Central Catholic (Aurora, IL) to clash with the Chargers in a non-league game on Friday, April 26. The Chargers come into the game with a record of 17-3. Aurora Central Catholic won 7-3 in their recent league game against De La Salle (Chicago, IL)

In their next game, the Redskins clash with the Serena Huskers (Serena, IL) in a non-league game, on Thursday, April 25. Morris will attempt to improve on its 9-7 season record. The Huskers come into the game with a 11-4 record after their 10-7 non-league win over Marquette (Ottawa, IL).
