The Yellow Jackets now sport a 9-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northeast for a 4A District 7 challenge on Friday, April 26. Springfield will face a Eagles squad coming off a 15-1 league loss to Kirkwood (Clarksville, TN). The Eagles record now stands at 6-14.

With the loss, Portland falls to 5-13 on the campaign. The Panthers host Harpeth (Kingston Springs, TN) to face the Indians in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 29. The Indians enter the challenge with a record of 8-9. Harpeth won 10-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Lawson (Nashville, TN)
