The Berkley Bears baseball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting West Bloomfield Lakers to 1 in the Bears league win on Thursday.

The Bears now own a 3-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Farmington for a Oakland - White test on Monday, April 28. Berkley will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 6-3 league win over North Farmington (Farmington Hills, MI). The Falcons record now stands at 5-12.

With the defeat, West Bloomfield drops to 8-4 on the year. The Lakers host Rochester (Rochester Hills, MI) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league test on Saturday, April 26.
