The Genesee Bulldogs baseball team scored 22 runs and held the visiting Colton Wildcats to 7 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Thursday.

The Bulldogs now own a 7-9 record. They take the field next when they host Clearwater Valley for a 2A Whitepine test on Saturday, April 26. Genesee will play a Rams team coming off a 21-10 league win over Prairie (Cottonwood, ID). The Rams record now stands at 10-7.

With the defeat, Colton drops to 4-8 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Tekoa-Rosalia (Tekoa, WA) to play the Timberwolves in a 1B Southeast - East test on Friday, April 25. The Timberwolves go into the test with a record of 0-4. Tekoa-Rosalia lost 28-27 in their recent league test against St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse (St. John, WA)
