Illinois High School Baseball - Westmont defeats Cristo Rey Jesuit

The Westmont Sentinels (Westmont, IL) baseball trounced the visiting Cristo Rey Jesuit Cristeros (Chicago, IL), 7-0 in Thursday's league challenge.
The Sentinels now own a 14-8 record. They take the field next when they host ITW David Speer Academy for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 26. Westmont will clash with a Pride team coming off a 13-1 non-league win over UIC College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Pride record now stands at 7-6.
With the defeat, Cristo Rey Jesuit drops to 4-8 on the year. The Cristeros host Rochelle Zell Jewish (Deerfield, IL) to clash with the Tigers in a Chicago Prep challenge on Monday, April 28. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 5-4. Rochelle Zell Jewish won 15-5 in their recent league challenge against Walther Christian Academy (Melrose Park, IL)
