Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Franklin sneaks past Slippery Rock

April 24, 2025: Slippery Rock, PA 16057

In Thursday's league game, the visiting Franklin Knights baseball team scored a close 4-3 victory over the Slippery Rock Rockets.

The Knights (6-6) will now prepare for their game against Titusville (Titusville, PA). The Rockets enter the District 10 Region 2 game with a 11-2 record. In their last game, Titusville held off Sharon (Sharon, PA), 11-6, in a league game.

Next, the Rockets face the Wilmington Greyhounds (New Wilmington, PA) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 28. Slippery Rock will attempt to improve on its 9-1 season record. The Greyhounds enter the game with a 6-8 record after their 13-3 league win over West Middlesex (West Middlesex, PA).
