The Standish-Sterling Panthers baseball team scored 20 runs and held the host Harrison Hornets to 0 in the Panthers non-league win on Thursday.

The Panthers now own a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Garber for a non-league test on Friday, April 25. Standish-Sterling will clash with a Dukes team coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Standish-Sterling (Standish, MI). The Dukes record now stands at 5-2.

With the defeat, Harrison drops to 1-9 on the year. The Hornets travel to Gladwin (Gladwin, MI) to clash with the Flying G's in a Jack Pine test on Tuesday, April 29. The Flying G's go into the test with a record of 4-2. Gladwin won 11-4 in their recent non-league test against Ogemaw Heights (West Branch, MI)
