The Jesuit Crusaders baseball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Sunset Apollos to 5 in the Crusaders league win on Thursday.

The Crusaders now own a 9-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westview for a 6A Metro test on Tuesday, April 29. Jesuit will play a Wildcats team coming off a 11-2 non-league loss to South Salem (Salem, OR). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-7.

With the defeat, Sunset drops to 9-7 on the year. The Apollos host Mountainside (Beaverton, OR) to play the Mavericks in a 6A Metro test on Tuesday, April 29. The Mavericks go into the test with a record of 5-10. Mountainside won 9-4 in their recent league test against Beaverton (Beaverton, OR)
