Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Shenandoah Valley loses to Marian Catholic

Marian Catholic (Tamaqua, PA) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Shenandoah Valley Blue Devils (Shenandoah, PA), 12-3 in a league match.

With the triumph, Marian Catholic advances its record to 8-7 on the season. The host Nativity BVM (Pottsville, PA) to battle the Green Wave in a Schuylkill County 2 match on Tuesday, April 29. The Green Wave come into the match with a record of 4-10.

The Blue Devils now have a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mahanoy Area for a Schuylkill County 2 match on Friday, April 25. Shenandoah Valley will battle a Golden Bears squad coming off a 10-1 league loss to Nativity BVM (Pottsville, PA). The Golden Bears record now stands at 2-11.
