New Mexico High School Baseball - Questa wallops Mesa Vista

The Questa Wildcats baseball team scored 27 runs and held the host Mesa Vista Trojans to 4 in the Wildcats league win on Thursday.

The Wildcats now own a 8-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mora for a 2A District 5 test on Monday, April 28. Questa will clash with a Rangers/Rangerettes team coming off a 17-13 league win over Questa (Questa, NM). The Rangers/Rangerettes record now stands at 5-8.

With the defeat, Mesa Vista drops to 1-11 on the year. The Trojans travel to McCurdy (Espanola, NM) to clash with the Bobcats in a 2A District 5 test on Tuesday, April 29. The Bobcats go into the test with a record of 14-5. McCurdy won 21-6 in their recent league test against Penasco (Penasco, NM)
