In Thursday's non-league bout, the Union Local Jets (Belmont, OH) baseball squad edged the host Monroe Central Seminoles (Woodsfield, OH), by a tally of 4-3.
Next up, the Jets encounter the Maysville Panthers (Zanesville, OH) in a non-league bout, on Friday, April 25. Union Local will attempt to upgrade on its 8-6 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 2-10 record after their 10-1 league loss to John Glenn (New Concord, OH).
