Plainfield North Tigers (Plainfield, IL) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad nip the host Oswego Panthers (Oswego, IL), 3-2 in a league match.

With the triumph, Plainfield North advances its record to 13-5 on the season. The Tigers travel to Lemont (Lemont, IL) to battle the Lemont HS in a non-league match on Saturday, April 26. The Lemont HS come into the match with a record of 13-3.

The Panthers now have a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kaneland for a non-league match on Friday, April 25. Oswego will battle a Knights squad coming off a 24-7 league win over Rochelle (Rochelle, IL). The Knights record now stands at 12-4.
