The Washington Latin Public Charter School Lions (Washington, DC) baseball trounced the visiting Richard Wright Public Charter School Spartans (Washington, DC), 15-0 in Thursday's league challenge.
The Lions now own a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sandy Spring Friends for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 26. Washington Latin Public Charter School will clash with a Wildebeests team coming off a 9-6 non-league win over Berman Hebrew Academy (Rockville, MD). The Wildebeests record now stands at 7-3.
With the defeat, Richard Wright Public Charter School drops to 0-2 on the year.
