The Ware Indians baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting South Hadley Tigers to 0 in the Indians non-league win on Thursday.
The Indians now hold a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they host Hopkins Academy for a non-league test on Monday, April 28. Ware will play a Golden Hawks team coming off a 8-5 non-league loss to McCann Tech (North Adams, MA). The Golden Hawks record now stands at 8-5.
With the defeat, South Hadley drops to 5-5 on the year. The Tigers host Smith Vo-Tech (Northampton, MA) to play the Vikings in a non-league test on Friday, April 25. The Vikings go into the test with a record of 7-0. Smith Vo-Tech won 6-3 in their recent non-league test against Franklin County Tech (Turners Falls, MA)
