Nevada High School Volleyball - Chaparral over Amplus Academy

Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Chaparral Cowboys (Las Vegas, NV) and the visiting Amplus Academy Archers (Las Vegas, NV), observed Chaparral's volleyball team top Amplus Academy by a count of 3-0.

The Cowboys (15-15) will now prepare for their contest against Clark (Las Vegas, NV). The Chargers enter the 4A - Mountain contest with a 3-18 record. In their last contest, Clark was knocked off by Spring Valley (Las Vegas, NV), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Archers battle the Del Sol Dragons (Las Vegas, NV) in a 4A - Mountain contest, on Tuesday, April 29. Amplus Academy will attempt to move on its 1-14 season record. The Dragons enter the contest with a 16-12 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Timpanogos (Orem, UT).
