California High School Volleyball - Leland Branham

Branham Bruins (San Jose, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Leland Chargers (San Jose, CA), 3-1 in a league test.

With the win, Branham improves its record to 17-6 on the season. The Bruins travel to Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA) to face the Monarchs in a non-league test on Friday, April 25. The Monarchs go into the test with a record of 24-2. Archbishop Mitty won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Branham (San Jose, CA)

The Chargers now own a 8-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Piedmont Hills for a BVAL - Mt. Hamilton test on Tuesday, April 29. Leland will face a Pirates squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Del Mar (San Jose, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 9-3.
