Ohio High School Volleyball - Chardon tips Independence

The Chardon Hilltoppers (Chardon, OH) volleyball held off the visiting Independence Blue Devils (Independence, OH), 3-2 in Thursday's league bout.

The Hilltoppers now possess a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Mentor for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 26. Chardon will clash with a Cardinals team coming off a 3-0 league win over Euclid (Euclid, OH). The Cardinals record now stands at 8-6.

With the loss, Independence drops to 0-11 on the campaign. The Blue devils travel to North (Eastlake, OH) to clash with the Rangers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 29. The Rangers come into the bout with a record of 3-0. North won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Firestone (Akron, OH)
