In Thursday's league challenge, the host Hamden Green Dragons lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-6 triumph over the West Haven Blue Devils.

The Green Dragons (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against McMahon (Norwalk, CT). The Senators go into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, McMahon held off Shelton (Shelton, CT), 13-7, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Blue Devils clash with the North Haven Nighthawks (North Haven, CT) in a Southern Connecticut challenge, on Monday, April 28. West Haven will attempt to better on its 0-5 season record. The Nighthawks go into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 9-7 league win over Sheehan (Wallingford, CT).
