The Layton Lancers lacrosse team (Layton, UT), was overwhelmed 13-7 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Weber Warriors (Pleasant View, UT)
With the victory, Weber advances its record to 3-9 on the season. The Warriors host Farmington (Farmington, UT) to encounter the Phoenix in a 6A Region 1 battle on Tuesday, April 29. The Phoenix come into the battle with a record of 10-3. Farmington won 16-3 in their recent league battle against Fremont (Plain City, UT)
The Lancers now sport a 3-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Syracuse for a 6A Region 1 battle on Tuesday, April 29. Layton will encounter a Titans team coming off a 12-9 league loss to Davis (Kaysville, UT). The Titans record now stands at 8-4.
