The Riverbend Bears triumphed over the visiting North Stafford Wolverines lacrosse team by a tally of 21-9 in Thursday's league match.
Next up, the Bears confront the Colonial Forge Eagles (Stafford, VA) in a Commonwealth match, on Monday, April 28. Riverbend will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 8-1 record after their 11-5 league win over Mountain View (Stafford, VA).
The Wolverines (4-6) will now prepare for their match against Stafford (Falmouth, VA). The Indians come into the Commonwealth match with a 7-3 record. In their last match, Stafford was overwhelmed by Forest Park (Woodbridge, VA), 17-11, in a non-league match.
