In Thursday's league contest, the Riverside Warriors (Greer, SC) soccer team routed the visiting Gaffney Indians (Gaffney, SC), by a count of 8-0.

Next, the Warriors battle the Spartanburg Vikings (Spartanburg, SC) in a AAAAA Region 2 contest, on Monday, April 28. Riverside will attempt to upgrade on its 10-4 season record. The Vikings enter the contest with a 2-12 record after their 5-0 league loss to Boiling Springs (Spartanburg, SC).
