Virginia High School Baseball - Buffalo Gap defeats Staunton

April 24, 2025: Staunton, VA 24401

In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Buffalo Gap Bison baseball team scored a close 7-1 win over the Staunton Storm.

The Bison (4-8) will now prepare for their game against Nelson County (Lovingston, VA). The Governors go into the non-league game with a 3-5 record. In their last game, Nelson County was overwhelmed by Altavista (Altavista, VA), 8-5, in a non-league game.

Next, the Storm play the Charlottesville Black Knights (Charlottesville, VA) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 28. Staunton will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Black Knights go into the game with a 3-4 record after their 6-4 non-league loss to Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA).
