The crowd at Thursday's league battle between the Clayton Valley Charter Ugly Eagles (Concord, CA) and the host College Park Falcons (Pleasant Hill, CA), saw Clayton Valley Charter's baseball team gain a win over College Park by a tally of 8-5.
The Ugly Eagles (16-1) will now prepare for their battle against Benicia (Benicia, CA). The Panthers enter the battle with a 7-9 record. In their last battle, Benicia held off Campolindo (Moraga, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Falcons face the Alhambra Bulldogs (Martinez, CA) in a battle, on Tuesday, April 29. College Park will attempt to upgrade on its 5-12 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 12-4 record after their 7-1 league win over Acalanes (Lafayette, CA).
