The Fluvanna County Flying Flucos baseball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Goochland Bulldogs to 0 in the Flying Flucos non-league win on Thursday.
The Flying Flucos now own a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Monticello for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 29. Fluvanna County will play a Mustangs team coming off a 10-1 non-league loss to Orange County (Orange, VA). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-6.
With the defeat, Goochland drops to 6-2 on the year. The Bulldogs host Louisa County (Mineral, VA) to play the Lions in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 29. The Lions go into the test with a record of 4-4.
