The Freeman Mavericks (Richmond, VA) baseball got by the host St. Christopher's Saints (Richmond, VA), 3-2 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Mavericks now own a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hanover for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 28. Freeman will clash with a Hawks team coming off a 11-7 non-league win over Patrick Henry (Ashland, VA). The Hawks record now stands at 4-3.
With the defeat, St. Christopher's drops to 3-4 on the year. The Saints travel to St. Anne's-Belfield (Charlottesville, VA) to clash with the Saints in a challenge on Friday, April 25. The Saints go into the challenge with a record of 3-5.
