With the triumph, West Valley upgrades its record to 7-6 on the year. The Rams host Moses Lake (Moses Lake, WA) to play the Mavericks in a non-league game on Friday, May 2. The Mavericks enter the game with a record of 4-2.

The Cadets now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to Eastmont for a non-league game on Friday, May 2. Eisenhower will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 17-1 non-league win over Sunnyside (Sunnyside, WA). The Wildcats record now stands at 11-3.
