The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Serrano Diamondbacks (Phelan, CA) and the host Sultana Sultans (Hesperia, CA), observed Serrano's softball team get by Sultana by a tally of 6-3.

The Diamondbacks (15-2) will now prepare for their bout against Oak Hills (Hesperia, CA). The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 9-5 record. In their last bout, Oak Hills tipped Burroughs (Ridgecrest, CA), 13-2, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Sultans clash with the Hesperia Scorpions (Hesperia, CA) in a bout, on Tuesday, April 29. Sultana will attempt to advance on its 11-9 season record. The Scorpions go into the bout with a 5-10 record after their 16-3 league loss to Apple Valley (Apple Valley, CA).
