Utah High School Lacrosse - Payson bounces Orem

April 24, 2025: Payson, UT 84651

The Payson Lions lacrosse squad scored 15 points and limited the visiting Orem Tigers to 1 in the Lions league triumph on Thursday.

The Lions now hold a 11-4 record. They take the field next when they host Provo for a 4A Region 8 challenge on Monday, April 28. Payson will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 9-2 league loss to Timpanogos (Orem, UT). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-13.

With the loss, Orem falls to 2-9 on the year. The Tigers host Hillcrest (Midvale, UT) to clash with the Huskies in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 28. The Huskies go into the challenge with a record of 2-10. Hillcrest lost 21-5 in their recent league challenge against Waterford (Sandy, UT)
