Michigan High School Softball - Anchor Bay edges Utica Ford

In Thursday's league match, the visiting Anchor Bay Tars softball team scored a tight 3-1 win over the Utica Ford Falcons.
The Tars (5-4) will now prepare for their match against Franklin (Livonia, MI). The Patriots come into the non-league match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Franklin by Farmington (Farmington, MI), 15-2, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Falcons battle the Adams Highlanders (Rochester, MI) in a non-league match, on Friday, April 25. Utica Ford will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record. The Highlanders come into the match with a 5-4 record after their 11-4 non-league loss to Seaholm (Birmingham, MI).
