The San Luis Sidewinders softball squad (San Luis, AZ), was routed 12-0 in Thursday's league contest with the host Gila Ridge Hawks (Yuma, AZ)

With the triumph, Gila Ridge improves its record to 15-4 on the year. The Hawks travel to Sunnyslope (Phoenix, AZ) to face the Vikings in a non-league contest on Friday, April 25. The Vikings enter the contest with a record of 11-15. Sunnyslope lost 16-2 in their recent non-league contest against Tolleson (Tolleson, AZ)

The Sidewinders now hold a 4-13 record. They play next when they host Skyline for a non-league contest on Monday, April 28. San Luis will face a Coyotes squad coming off a 23-5 league win over Dobson (Mesa, AZ). The Coyotes record now stands at 7-19.
