The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Port Washington Pirates (Port Washington, WI) and the host Grafton Black Hawks (Grafton, WI), observed Port Washington's softball team prevail over Grafton by a tally of 12-4.

The Pirates (4-3) will now prepare for their bout against Fond du Lac (Fond du Lac, WI). The Cardinals go into the non-league bout with a 6-3 record. In their last bout, Fond du Lac knocked off Oshkosh North (Oshkosh, WI), 13-6, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Black Hawks clash with the Homestead Highlanders (Mequon, WI) in a North Shore bout, on Monday, April 28. Grafton will attempt to advance on its 5-6 season record. The Highlanders go into the bout with a 1-9 record after their 9-3 non-league loss to Waukesha West (Waukesha, WI).
